As part of our growing sales team, you will be focusing, helping to develop and scale our business on the French market.

Your key objective will be to identify potential customers and lead the sales process in order to build a network of leads, and sign contracts in your territory.

This will include, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities :

  • Business Development : Identify, prospect and acquire new customers in the insurance and actuarial sector. Analyze prospects' needs and position Akur8 solutions to meet their specific challenges.
  • Customer account management : Ensure the follow-up of the customer portfolio, maintain a strong customer relationship and be the main contact for problem resolution or the implementation of new solutions.
  • Complex sales cycles : Manage long and complex sales cycles, from prospecting to contract signature, in collaboration with technical, marketing, legal and IT teams.
  • Growth strategy : Participate in the definition and development of the sales strategy for your market (partnership management, organization of events, complete closing plan).
  • Negotiation and closing : Lead negotiations with high-level contacts and ensure the successful signing of contracts of various sizes (100k to 300k or 1M to 1.2M).

You will be based in our Paris office. Traveling for business development events may be required in the territory.
