You’ll be working with inbound opportunities, and using modern digital tools to deliver a better customer experience, without sacrificing quality or compliance.

What You’ll Do:

Sales & Business Development

• Work with inbound business opportunities: no prospecting required!
• Help small business owners understand their risk and recommend the right coverage
• Use digital tools and insurtech platforms to speed up quoting, binding, and policy issuance
• Build strong relationships with wholesalers, MGAs, and E&S carriers
• Place hard-to-insure risks with confidence
• Hit or exceed sales targets while delivering top-tier customer service

Account Management & Client Service

• Be the main point of contact for clients after the sale
• Handle endorsements, renewals, and coverage updates
• Proactively respond to client questions and support needs
• Help clients navigate claims and policy changes
• Conduct annual reviews and recommend adjustments based on growth or risk changes
• Keep everything compliant and accurately documented
