Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach
- Conduct research to identify high-potential target accounts in alignment with Hypatos’ ideal customer profile.
- Initiate contact with prospects through outbound channels, including cold calling, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, and video prospecting.
- Use video tools (e.g., Vidyard, Loom) to create personalized and engaging outreach content to capture prospects' attention.
- Deliver tailored messaging to articulate the value of Hypatos’ solutions for prospects’ business needs.
- Qualifying Prospects
- Engage in discovery conversations to understand prospects' challenges, business objectives, and potential fit for Hypatos' solutions.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for account executives.
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing
- Work closely with account executives to ensure seamless handoffs of qualified leads.
- Collaborate with marketing on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and leverage content to enhance outreach efforts.
- CRM Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot).
- Track and report on outreach activities, lead conversion rates, and progress toward KPIs.
- Continuous Learning & Improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product developments.
- Experiment with new prospecting techniques and tools to continuously improve outreach effectiveness.
- Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and feedback loops to refine skills and strategies.
