Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Presales Manager to lead and manage a high-performing team of Solution Consultants and Presales Support Engineers. The Presales Manager will oversee the portfolio of presales projects, ensuring high-quality delivery across demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and RFP responses. While managing the overall presales portfolio, the Presales Manager will take an active role in complex and innovative projects, collaborating closely with the AI Innovation Engineering team to develop and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
This role requires strong leadership capabilities, deep domain expertise in finance and ERP systems (especially SAP), and the ability to drive both operational efficiency and innovation in presales processes.

- Team Leadership and Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solution Consultants and Presales Support Engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Oversee the portfolio of presales projects, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members to enhance their technical expertise and customer-facing skills.
- Active Involvement in Complex and Innovative Projects
- Take direct ownership of high-stakes and innovative presales projects, working hands-on with customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with the AI Innovation Engineering team to design and develop custom solutions for unique and complex use cases.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers on these projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with customer needs.
- Presales Strategy and Execution
- Define and implement presales processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the team.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of demos, RFPs, and POCs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and customer relevance.
- Drive the standardization and automation of presales activities, particularly in the setup of demo and test environments.
- Domain Expertise in Finance and ERPs
- Serve as a subject matter expert in finance automation, document processing, and ERP integration, with a strong focus on SAP.
- Guide the team in leveraging domain expertise to design tailored solutions that address customer challenges.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep Hypatos at the forefront of innovation.
- Customer Engagement and Collaboration
- Support the sales team in customer-facing engagements, particularly for strategic and high-value opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on customer requirements and expectations.
- Act as an escalation point for technical challenges in both standard and complex presales projects.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales, product, and engineering teams to align presales activities with Hypatos’ product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
- Collaborate with the AI Innovation Engineering team to translate customer challenges into innovative product features and solutions.
- Provide feedback to the product team based on insights gained from presales engagements.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Define and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) for the presales team, including customer satisfaction, pipeline support, and POC success rates.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on presales performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
