Role Overview
The Regional Vice President (RVP) Sales, Europe will play a critical role in driving Hypatos’ growth across the European market. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this individual will lead Hypatos’ sales strategy, oversee a high-performing team, and drive revenue through direct sales and partner channels. They will also collaborate closely with marketing to implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies tailored to high-value enterprise accounts, ensuring aligned efforts to maximize engagement and pipeline generation.
This role is ideal for a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record in enterprise B2B SaaS, especially in automation, finance, or shared service center environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Europe to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, including account executives and partner managers.
- Drive a metrics-based approach to ensure pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and deal velocity.
- Account-Based Marketing Integration
- Partner with marketing teams to design and execute ABM strategies targeting Hypatos’ most valuable enterprise accounts.
- Leverage personalized content, campaigns, and multi-channel outreach to enhance engagement with high-priority prospects.
- Analyze ABM performance metrics and continuously refine tactics for increased ROI.
- Partner Enablement & Channel Sales
- Collaborate with existing Big Four and other key partners to expand the referral pipeline and scale resell opportunities.
- Implement and manage a partner certification and deal registration process.
- Foster early partner involvement in the sales funnel to improve deal reliability and handover processes.
- Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Own relationships with Hypatos’ top-tier enterprise customers across Europe.
- Lead by example in closing complex, high-value deals with C-level decision-makers.
- Advocate for customer success by ensuring seamless handovers between sales, presales, and post-sales teams.
- Market Development
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities in untapped European markets.
- Stay ahead of trends in finance automation and AI to position Hypatos as a market leader.
- Work with marketing to develop regional campaigns and generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) in alignment with ABM efforts.
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Partner with the CRO and executive team to refine sales OKRs and strategies.
- Act as a key stakeholder in Hypatos’ strategic decisions as it scales toward Series B.
- Deliver regular performance reports and insights to the executive team.
