How you will make an impact

  • Leverage customer feedback, user session recordings, and product insights to drive UX improvements.
  • Help build a collaborative product development process with product management and engineering.
  • Lean in and take responsibility and ownership of delivering quality experiences.
  • Elevate the status quo by setting a high bar for ideas, craftsmanship, and quality.
  • Seek out and incorporate user, team and stakeholder feedback.

What you need to succeed

  • 5+ years of product design, UI/UX design, visual design, or equivalent experience including 2-3 years in a consumer-facing product design role
  • Portfolio that demonstrates evidence of launching software at scale in a fast-paced product organization
  • Ability to work independently to explore concepts from beginning to end, yet also crave healthy feedback loops with your ideas.
  • Outstanding attention to detail with a proven track record of working within and contributing to a design system.
  • Experience working with consumer research and data.
  • Experience with monetization or commerce is highly desirable.
