Hey! Thanks for taking the time to read through one of our open roles. We’re looking for an exceptional Revenue Operations Manager to join our Growth team and we hope this could be a match made in heaven.
We are seeking an ambitious and highly-driven Revenue Operations Manager to join our dynamic and high-performing team. This role is critical in ensuring that our revenue-generating functions—Marketing, New Business, and Customer Success—operate efficiently, cohesively, and are fully aligned with our growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through meticulous process management, accurate forecasting, data-driven insights, and a relentless focus on optimising the entire customer lifecycle.
Who is Peppy?
Our mission is to fix healthcare & wellbeing. We do this by supporting the employees of our global clients, including JP Morgan, Disney, Meta, Nvidia, Microsoft, Sony, Clifford Chance, Wells Fargo, Bloomberg, and over 200 others.
Having already revolutionised the employee benefits sector with our innovative clinical products – such as the world’s first menopause benefit – we are now building the world’s most advanced benefits management platform. Think of us as a “Deel for Benefits” – a rocket-ship opportunity with a mission that truly matters. The global benefits sector encompasses employer-funded pensions, critical illness insurance, private healthcare insurance, and many other categories. This is a trillion-dollar TAM with weak, incumbent competition and almost no AI-first startups stepping up to the challenge.
We are a Series B company with $56m in funding to date, operationally cashflow positive, and with secure access to additional capital for accelerated growth. Join us for the ride of your life.

What will a day in the life of our Revenue Operations Manager look like?

  • Revenue Accountability: You'll be directly accountable for the company's Committed Annual Recurring Revenue (CARR) growth, collaborating closely with leadership to set and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Forecasting Accountability: You'll own the accuracy of revenue forecasts by implementing rigorous forecasting methodologies, maintaining data integrity, and continuously refining predictive models. You'll ensure forecasts are reliable and align with the company’s financial goals, directly contributing to performance-based compensation.
  • Cross-Departmental Alignment: You'll ensure seamless coordination and alignment across Marketing, New Business, and Customer Success teams, developing and enforcing best-in-class processes, enabling all teams to work toward common goals effectively.
  • Process Management: You'll establish, document, and police all revenue-related processes to ensure strict adherence and consistency across teams, continuously evaluating and refining processes to remove bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: You'll oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of key performance metrics across the revenue cycle, leveraging data to provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
  • Technology Stack Optimisation: You'll manage and optimise the use of CRM, marketing automation, customer success platforms, and other tools that support revenue operations, ensuring these technologies are fully leveraged to maximise ROI and streamline workflows.
  • Team Enablement: You'll provide training and resources to empower teams to follow established processes and utilise tools effectively while serving as a trusted advisor to sales, marketing, and customer success leaders, ensuring they have the support needed to meet their objectives.
  • Compliance and Governance: You'll act as the gatekeeper of all revenue operations processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, identifying and address any deviations from established procedures swiftly and effectively.
  • Continuous Improvement: You'll constantly seek opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce friction, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the revenue operations function, leading initiatives aimed at driving incremental revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.

Our dream Revenue Operations Manager will have:

  • 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in a high-stakes environment.
  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end revenue cycle, including demand generation, sales processes, pipeline management, and customer success.
  • Strong influencing skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and enforce adherence to processes and policies.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (we use Hubspot), marketing automation platforms, customer success tools, and data analytics software. Advanced Excel skills are a must.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to senior leadership.
  • A high degree of emotional intelligence, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organisation, influence without direct authority, and navigate complex organisational dynamics.
  • You may not check all of these boxes, and that’s totally fine! We strongly encourage excited candidates of all backgrounds to apply.
