Verituity is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies within the fintech or SaaS industries. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership to position Verituity as a market leader in intelligent payouts.

This is a hybrid role offering 3 days a week of in-office work and 2 remote days. The targeted annual salary range for this Director level position is $120,000 - $130,000 plus comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Verituity’s business objectives.
  • Lead brand positioning and messaging to differentiate Verituity in the market.
  • Oversee demand generation efforts, including the website, digital marketing, content strategy, SEO, and paid campaigns.
  • Drive thought leadership initiatives, including whitepapers, blogs, webinars, and industry events.
  • Manage marketing analytics and reporting to track performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
  • Lead PR and media outreach to enhance Verituity’s visibility in the industry.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI on investments.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or payments.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, and branding.
  • Proven ability to lead and scale marketing teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing analytics and performance measurement.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot).
  • Ability to work from the McLean, VA office 3 days a week
