We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Sales Operations Manager to optimize
our sales processes, data, and systems, enabling the sales team to execute more efficiently and
effectively. This role serves as the backbone of the sales organization, partnering with cross-
functional stakeholders to drive pipeline management, forecast accuracy, territory planning,
performance insights, and the overall operational cadence of the team.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Senior Leadership Team, offering data-driven insights on team performance, forecast accuracy and pipeline health
  • Partner with go-to-market leadership on territory design, account segmentation, and quota allocation
  • Assist in the development of go-to-market strategies and execution frameworks
  • Streamline sales workflows to reduce friction and improve conversion rates
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and lead initiatives to improve velocity and close rates
  • Manage the end-to-end commission process, including plan design, monthly calculations, approvals, and payout accuracy; collaborate with Finance to ensure transparency, timeliness, and alignment with Sales performance
  • Build and maintain sales dashboards for pipeline health, conversion metrics, activity trends, and forecasting.
  • Support annual planning processes, including headcount modeling and productivity analysis
  • Conduct deep data analysis throughout the go-to-market organization to uncover trends, identify performance gaps, and drive continuous improvement across the revenue funnel

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, with a strong focus on Enterprise markets
  • Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce, including report and dashboard creation, data hygiene, and process automation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Experience managing and optimizing sales productivity and performance metrics
  • Understanding of the sales funnel and ability to identify and remediate bottlenecks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with
  • global sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience in documenting processes and best practices
